A night of jazz funk/rock/soul-revival with three amazing local bands! These bands are known for their wildly entertaining stage shows and their irresistibly catchy grooves. Somehow the cross over of garage rock, old school funk and cutting edge jazz has never sounded so good. Opening act The Egads have gained a following of youthful rock and rollers eager to hear their reinvention of old surfy garage rock. They promise to deliver on some excellent song writing and an authentic sound. Evolfo Doofeht is founded in theatrical funk/rock. They pack a sonic punch that is more than matched by a spirited performance by top notch musicians. Representative is a whirlwind of young talent out of Tamalpais High school. They captivate listeners with their perfect executions of groove and harmony. The boundaries are pushed on both jazz and almost hip-hop like grooves, one can hardly believe that these guys are so young.
